I have spent every waking moment focused on Property Management for the past 10 years. In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and our 4 kids, taking care of my small farm (29 animals) and a competitive round of golf.

Chris’ greatest passion is baseball and ranching. He spends a lot of time on his families property taking care of animals. His family has a strong pedigree of 4H animals in county fairs and state events. Chris brings a wide knowledge of maintenance and repair to our team that we would be lost without. He can be found around town performing repairs on homes and apartments.

John grew up in WA and moved to North Carolina for 22 years where he ran his own company. His wife of 22 years and 4 kids moved back to WA and started working with Real Property Management today. John brings with him all his knowledge of running a company, excellent customer service and leadership. His hobbies include the outdoors, sports, and food. He spends his weekends grilling, golfing, and watching sports. Love the hometown teams; Mariners, Seahawks, and Super Sonics.
